Every project begins by clarifying standards, outcomes, and institutional constraints. Early structural drafts test direction before full development, ensuring that decisions are validated in advance and implementation is deliberate rather than improvised.​

My work draws on international teaching experience, interdisciplinary design, and Reggio Emilia principles that prioritize student agency with clear scaffolding and reflection. With a Master of Education and a Master of Music, I integrate academic rigor and arts-based practice into coherent, accountable program structures.
